Not completely satisfied with your order?
We accept exchanges within 30 days of shipment (or in store purchase date).
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Conditions:

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unembroidered, and undamaged.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Footwear must be clean, in original condition, and tried on only on a clean, dry surface to avoid sole discoloration.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Procedure:

Request authorization by emailing info@uniformesdirect.ca before sending back any items.

Include a detailed note explaining the reason for the exchange.

Wait for confirmation before shipping your items.
Fees & Inspection:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt before an exchange or credit is issued.
Reserve:
Uniformes Direct reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
