Return & Exchange Policy

Not completely satisfied with your order?
We accept exchanges within 30 days of shipment (or in store purchase date).

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unembroidered, and undamaged.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Footwear must be clean, in original condition, and tried on only on a clean, dry surface to avoid sole discoloration.

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Procedure:

  1. Request authorization by emailing info@uniformesdirect.ca before sending back any items.

  2. Include a detailed note explaining the reason for the exchange.

  3. Wait for confirmation before shipping your items.

Fees & Inspection:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt before an exchange or credit is issued.

Reserve:

Uniformes Direct reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
