Not completely satisfied with your purchase?
We accept exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date (or in-store purchase date).
We do not offer refunds.
Exchange Conditions
Items must be:

new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unembroidered, and undamaged;

returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Footwear must be in new condition and tried on only on a clean, dry surface to prevent marking or discoloration of the soles.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

all sale items;

Short and Tall length pants, as they are specially ordered for each customer.
Return Procedure
Before returning any item, please email info@uniformesdirect.ca to obtain return authorization, including a note explaining the reason for the exchange. Wait for our confirmation before shipping the item(s) back to us.
Shipping & Inspection

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt before an exchange or store credit is issued.
Right to Refuse
Uniformes Direct reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
